How to return a product?


At Probelte Pharma our main objective is to reach the maximum satisfaction of our customers, therefore we want to make sure that the product purchased in our virtual store corresponds with your expectations. If this is not the case, you will have 15 working days from the day of reception of the goods, to return the product. Many times most returns are due to an anomaly with the carrier or an incident. Therefore, when we send one of our products, the transport company is responsible for its delivery in perfect conditions. We recommend that, when you receive your order, before signing the delivery note, you look it over and check that the package is in good condition, that there is no broken bottle or the box is wet, since if this happens, it would be an unmistakable sign that there may be a broken bottle in the box. One of the ways to detect that there have been incidents during transport is when we see oil stains or moisture somewhere in the box, although to ensure that, we recommend, if possible, opening the box in front of the carrier, because if there are bottles inside, they can be broken. After receiving the return in our warehouse, the estimated date for the return amount to appear in your bank account would be 10 to 12 business days. In some cases this period of return may be extended due to holidays or other special circumstances. You should also consider the return policies of credit card companies. All products purchased on the online shop can be returned for free within a period of 14 days after receipt, as long as the items are unopened and in perfect condition. In the event that the items are damaged, we reserve the right to return the product to the person who sent it to us.

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received, including shipping and administration costs when applicable, as soon as possible, and in any case, within a period of no more than 14 days from the confirmation of the return of the order.

However, we may retain the refund until we have received the products in perfect condition or until a proof of the return of the products has been received; either of these two conditions is valid.

Once we have checked and inspected in our facilities that the returned products are in perfect condition, you will receive a refund notification by email. The refund will be issued to the same card or account that you used to place the order.

Refunds usually take 8 to 10 working days to appear on your statement. The period required for the amount reimbursed to be shown on the card statement depends solely on the company’s policies on the card. In order to obtain a full refund it is important that we receive the items in the same state that you received them (the returned product must be complete, it should not have been used, and all product labels must be intact).
